Chris was born in Sodus, NY, the son of Leo De Rosia and Shirley Doucet.
If you were to have the pleasure of knowing John, you knew you had a friend for life. He is also survived by Alice’s children, Valerie Cunningham of Stanley, NY, Ronald (Ellen) Ketcham of Eldredige, MO, Dianna Vanderpool of Shortsville, NY and Kevin (Angelica) Wright of Lake Elsinore, CA; and Alice’s 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Pud was a member of the Vine Valley United Methodist Church, the Rushville Masonic Lodge #377, the Stanley Lodge #434 I. He also enjoyed hunting, traveling, NASCAR, the New York Yankees and the Syracuse Orange basketball team. Sheldon was born March 15, 1943 in Scott, NY, the son of the late John and Genevieve Sharpe. Grace is survived by one son, Roderick (Barbara) Brooks of CT; sister, Joyce Wells; sister-in-law, Lois Hanvey; daughter-in-law, Amy Brooks;and several nieces and nephews. He played the guitar, and was an artist and wood carver. John, Rachel (David) Smith, and Alicia Rumsey; and his best friends, Nate Scott and Steve Pollock; and many other loving friends. He was employed at Emerson Produce for several years, and then at Eastman Kodak for 30 years, retiring in 1991. He enjoyed snowmobiling on Tug Hill and at Yellowstone National Park. Grace was the daughter of the late Harry and Gladys Hanvey. During her life she was devoted to family, especially her grandchildren. Ronald retired from Tobins First Prize Meats after being a salesman for 27 years. Pud was predeceased by his brother, Leon; and his brothers-in-law, Frank Arnold and Sam Cornish. He mowed at the Steam Pageant grounds every Wednesday. Grace was predeceased by her first husband, Willard Brooks; her second husband, Richard Williams; and her son, Willard Brooks, Jr. She graduated from Penn Yan high school and Myers Memorial Hospital Nursing School in Buffalo where she received her RN nursing degree.
